As Secretary of CalEPA, Dr. Lloyd (who is a member of AirUCI’s Advisory Committee) is on the cutting edge of environmental issues facing California. And, since California has historically set the highest environmental standards, CalEPA has a huge influence on worldwide standards and issues. This talk was presented as part of the Chancellor's Distinguished Fellow Series.
