Shane Parker of the Furche group has been awarded an Arnold O. Beckman Postdoctoral Fellowship.

Shane received his PhD from Northwestern in 2014 and has been a postdoc with Professor Furche since then.

 

The Arnold O. Beckman Postdoctoral Fellows Award program is an open program for research institutions across the United States to support postdoctoral scholars who are judged to have the highest potential for success in an independent academic career in chemistry and the life sciences, and who will become the next generation of leaders and innovators in science, engineering, and technology.
