Hardware Resources: The molecular modeling facility has a Silicon Graphics Orgin200 R12000 server and six Octane2/V6 dual graphic workstations. Users have free access to 4 processors in 28 multiprocessor SGI Origin 2000 server.

Software Packages: Various commercial software is available at the facility. Modeling software ranges from quantum mechanical calculation packages (Gaussian, GAMESS, Spartan, and Jaguar) to molecular mechanics and dynamics calculations (MacroModel and InsightII). Database software such as Cambridge Structural Database (CSD) is also available.
