Students are invited to ASU School of Molecular Science’s virtual Inclusive Future Faculty Symposium on Monday and Tuesday, March 7th-8th. This symposium was established to support chemistry and biochemistry students of color (undergraduates, graduates, and postdoctoral scholars) who have an interest in becoming faculty members one day.

This Symposium will have a keynote speaker, Professor Isiah Warner, a leader in championing diversity in the sciences, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging discussions, a chance for the students to have their research and career voices be heard via poster and oral presentations, and workshop and networking sessions. The final hour of the Symposium will be dedicated to raising issues and identifying possible solutions for how we can make academia a more inclusive place for future chemists.

Students who would be interested in giving a poster or oral presentation of their research for this event are welcome to register!
