The Vagelos Institute for Energy Science and Technology Postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania is a prestigious fellowship has been offered since 2019 and seeks to attract highly talented, energy-focused researchers to the Penn campus.  Applications for the 2023 fellowship are due by October 14, 2022.

The Vagelos Institute is highly collaborative, involving many disciplines of chemistry, materials science, physics and engineering. The synergistic nature of the Vagelos Institute is emphasized in the Postdoctoral Fellowship Program; fellows develop independent research projects in collaboration with at least two Vagelos Institute faculty sponsors. The fellowship provides a generous stipend and benefits, research and travel funds, and a relocation allowance.
