Please note that you should ask for assistance from the facility staff if
you wish to use negative ion mode. In addition we can change solvents
(e.g. to use methanol instead of acetonitrile) if that is more appropriate
for your analysis but we are an open access facility and do not know
what the next person will need so we try to keep the operational
parameters generic.
 
Also note that as a result of a software quirk after you have logged in
your first sample you must wait until that sample has injected (approx.
15 min) before logging in any other samples. Once the first sample has
injected you may log in as many as you wish.
