This tool can be used to clean up Raman spectra using the single value decomposition (SVD) technique. SVD is commonly used as a method to reduce noise in Raman spectra.
This tool is written in Java and plugs right into ImageJ. Download plugin here (PC version).

Focal 3D Package for calculating tightly focused focal fields.
This package can be used to calculate fully vectorial focal fields of tightly focused laser beams. The package also provides tools for calculating field distributions in the far-field after signal generation in focus, and can be used to calculate collimated and refocused beams. The Focal 3D Package is ideal for calculating CARS fields. This package is written in c++ and uses the blitz++ library.
