Rosencrantz and Guildenstern - Dark Field / Raman / Fluorescence microscopy system Unique Raman / Dark Field microscope is high sensitivity system with integrated research grade microscopes, enabling high resolution confocal measurements both of Raman and Dark Field hyperspectral images. Raman microscope supports multiple lasers of 405 nm, 532 nm and 785 nm. Measure the signal from 100 cm-1 with better than 1 cm-1 resolution capability. Standard filter set is optimised for very high optical efficiency. Dark Field module employ light source to cover 350 nm - 1100 nm spectrum with wide field and hyperspectral imaging. The module also use same laser system coupling to perform in-situ Raman measurements.
