Cary-60 absorption spectrometer

Dual beam, Czerny-Turner monochromator, 190–1100 nm wavelength range, approximately 1.5 nm fixed spectral bandwidth, full spectrum Xe pulse lamp single source, dual Si diode detectors, quartz overcoated optics, scan rates up to 24000 nm/min, 80 data points per s maximum measurement rate, non-measurement phase stepping wavelength drive, room light immunity.

Cary-7000

The Cary 7000 UMS offers the following measurement modes:
• Absolute specular reflectance
• Direct transmission, reflection and absorptance — without moving the sample
• Scattered transmission and reflection — by moving the detector independently of the sample and controlling the incoming/outgoing beam geometry.

Multi-modal measurements — 6 in total — enable greater depth of information to be obtained quickly, for comprehensive sample characterization. Independent control and movement of sample and detector allows absolute reflectance and transmission measurements to be performed without moving the sample. New generation high resolution optical encoder provides positional accuracy with ultra fine angular control down to 0.02 degrees. The unique Si/InGaAs detector technology provides the benefit of a UV-Vis-NIR detector in a single sandwich package, ensuring seamless transition from UV to visible to NIR.

Jasco J-810 spectropolarimeter

The Jasco J-810 spectropolarimeter (163-900 nm) is equipped with a Peltier thermoelectric type temperature control system and flow-through HPLC cell. A circular dichroism spectropolarimeter measures left and right circularly polarized light of optically active molecules.  It is a hybrid instrument consisting of a variable wavelength polarimeter and absorption spectro-photometer. Variable controlled temperature from 0 C to 90 C.

NanoSight NS300

The NS300 can visualize and measure particles in suspension in the size range 10-2000nm (depending on material) and addresses the needs of a wide variety of applications including protein aggregation, exosome and microvesicle research, drug delivery systems, characterizes materials under the new EU Definition of Nanomaterials, and is particularly suited to analysis of particles labeled with fluorescent quantum dots.

Jasco 4700 FTIR

The FT/IR-4700 has spectral range from 350 cm-1 to 7800 cm-1. Spectrometer equipped with TGS and MCT detector for ultimate signal measurements and spectral range. Optical alignment is guaranteed by corner cube (retro-reflective) mirrors with auto-alignment maximum energy throughput. Resolution of 0.4 cm-1 and a S/N greater than 35,000:1. ATR-PRO ONE is a single bounce ATR with monolithic diamond. The new monolithic developed diamond provides excellent transmission in 300-12000 cm-1 (detector dependent) spectral range.

Rosencrantz and Guildenstern - Dark Field / Raman / Fluorescence microscopy system

Unique microsopy system developed by Renishaw Inc. based on thier flagmanship InVia microscope. This is high sensitivity system with integrated research grade microscopes, enabling high resolution confocal measurements both of Raman, dark field and fluorescence hyperspectral images. System employs lasers of 405 nm, 532 nm and 785 nm. Raman signal can be measured from 100 cm-1 with better than 1 cm-1 resolution capability, Raleigh scattering free. Standard filter set is optimised for very high optical efficiency. Dark Field module employ light source to cover 350 nm - 1100 nm spectrum with wide field and hyperspectral imaging as well as in-situ Raman measurements.
