Sergey Nizkorodov awarded Fulbright in U. East Finland for next year.

Sergey Nizkorodov has been awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to do research and teach at the University of Eastern Finland in the fall and winter of 2016-17.  He'll need warm clothes and a flashlight!
