UTeach is a program at UCI that allows undergraduates students to
design, develop, and teach their own lower division seminar.

Current UTeach courses -- taught by students from a diverse set of
majors -- include topics such as the Politics of Trust, Science Fiction
Studies, Disneyland and Southern California, the History of Progressive
Rock, and Spoken Word Poetry; in past years, students have taught
courses on topics such as The Science of Ice Cream, Plants and People,
Women and the French Revolution, the History of Fandom, Sound in Video
Games, Islam in America, and Theories of Improv.

If you are interested in learning more about UTeach and/or in applying
to teach your own course, please plan on attending one of the upcoming
UTeach Information Sessions. These will be held on:

Friday, April 26 from noon-1pm in KH 126
Tuesday, April 30 from 4pm-5pm in KH 200E
Friday, May 3 from noon-1pm in KH 126
