The Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program offers over 400 unique fellowships to U.S. citizens to teach, research and conduct professional projects in more than 130 countries.

Each year, the Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program provides more than 400 awards in over 135 countries to support teaching and research in a wide variety of academic and professional fields. Established in 1946 by the U.S. Congress, the Fulbright Program offers opportunities for talented and accomplished scholars and professionals of all backgrounds. Fulbright Scholars teach, conduct research, and help find solutions to shared international concerns. As a Fulbright Scholar, you’ll make meaningful contributions to communities abroad and at home, as well as in your chosen field. You’ll also advance your career by joining a network of thousands of alums serving as leaders across the globe.
