McKenna Goetz coordinates the large-enrollment Chem 1L general chemistry lab courses in the Department of Chemistry, ensuring they run smoothly. Working closely with faculty and instructional staff, she supervises the graduate student teaching assistants, maintains instructional quality through curriculum and assessment review and design, manages the courses’ educational technology, maintains lab safety and academic integrity standards, and manages enrollment logistics. McKenna is a transplant from the Midwest, joining the department in 2026.
