Bailey Spelman oversees graduate student services within the department, including recruitment, admissions, advising, and program administration. She provides guidance to current and prospective students on academic requirements, policies, financial support, and campus resources while ensuring compliance with university standards. She also coordinates key initiatives such as new student orientation, industrial recruiting events, fellowship processes, and the maintenance of critical student data and reports. Bailey joined the Department of Chemistry in 2022 after previously working at UCI Beall Applied Innovation.
