Bailey Spelman serves as the Graduate Student Services Advisor for the Department, managing the day-to-day administration of the graduate program across recruitment, admissions, academic advising, financial support, and degree progress. She provides specialized guidance to graduate students and faculty on academic requirements, policies, fellowships, employment, and university resources, independently analyzing complex student and programmatic matters and determining appropriate solutions. Bailey also coordinates key initiatives including new student orientation, industrial recruiting events, fellowship and admissions processes, and graduate student data and reporting. Bailey joined the Department of Chemistry in 2022.
