Celso Lopez is responsible for managing the 5th floor chemistry stockroom and organic chemistry teaching lab rooms. He works to ensure the teaching lab rooms are stocked with supplies, safety procedures and policies are being followed, and all lab equipment is working and maintained with the help of the chemistry stockroom student staff. He also works closely with the instructional staff in the development and implantation of lab projects and experiments. Celso began work as a Chemistry Student Assistant in 2014 as an undergrad at UC Merced, became a Chemistry Laboratory Assistant at UC Merced in 2016, and has been working at UC Irvine as a Chemistry Stockroom Manager since 2023.
