Morgan Sibley serves as the Operations Manager for the Department, providing operational leadership across finance, contracts and grants pre-award, student affairs, and teaching and stockroom operations. She oversees key administrative functions and teams, supports complex financial and resource planning, and works closely with department leadership to implement operational priorities. Morgan brings particular expertise in student affairs, process improvement, and developing effective administrative systems and practices that strengthen department operations. Morgan has been with the Department of Chemistry since 2017.
