ultrasensitive microarray biosensing with SPR imaging from Corn Lab
In a recent Invited Feature Article in Langmuir, Graduate Student (now Ph.D.) Jennifer Fasoli and Prof. Rob Corn describe in detail how different classes of surface enzyme chemistries - ligases, nucleases, polymerases -- can be used to detect biomarker proteins and nucleic acids at concentrations as low as 600 molecules in a microliter.
