Two scientists in the UCI Chemistry community are recipients of 2022-2023 Molecular Sciences Software Institute (MoSSI) Software Fellowships:
- Samuel Bekoe, a current graduate student in the Furche group
- Thais Scott, an incoming postdoctoral scholar in the Burke group
These prestigious fellowships, which were awarded to only 11 fellows this year, recognize major contributions to computational methods that advance molecular science, computer science, and applied mathematics. The MolSSI Software Fellows will receive a full year of support and mentoring by the MolSSI’s Software Scientist team.
